It's too hot for the animals to come out much. I haven't even seen that ol' possum that usually hangs around.

I saw a fox come up at grab some of the bread I tossed out earlier. I looked out again and saw something pitch black walking this way. It walked close to the shack before I figured it was a cat, it saw the fox standing in the edge of the woods. They eyeballed each other for a second and then the cat went hauling major anus towards an opening in the woods with the fox in hot pursuit. A few minutes later I saw the fox again snatching some bread up are heading back into the woods.

I opened the door to leave last night and a grey fox was sitting in the egde of the woods looking at me. As I drove away he was still looking at me.

I actually seen a coyote yesterday run across the road on Hwy 221, just outside Chesnee.
