My wife saw three coyotes cross the road in front of her this morning.

I'm going to call the DNR and find out what I can use to coyote after deer season goes out. I have two calls so maybe we can get most of them before all the turkey and gone.

I spoke with SCDNR Tuesday so now I have a few ideas as to how I can do things.

I spoke to a female I went to school with about the coyote my wife saw crossing the road near the females house. I went to school with her husband plus I worked with him on my first job. Anyway they live a few miles from me and a few miles closer to where I hunt. She said they have been hearing the coyote's howling a lot along the creek behind their house. They are concerned that the coyote may be getting within 100 yards of their home because they have four small children. I'm hoping when the coyote go in heat we can target them pretty hard because they have between 6-12 per litter.
