shenkitup.com/2011/07/26/5-reason-why-you-shouldnt-vote-for-obama-in-2012/5 Reason Why You Shouldn’t Vote for Obama in 20121. The Obama Administration spends money as if it was playing a game of Monopoly, where a seemingly unending supply of money is at its disposal and where everyone should collect the same salary after passing “GO.”When you were a kid playing Monopoly, I bet there was at least once when you thought to yourself; “Gee, I really wish this money was real!” and then went on with the game. Well, if you happen to be President Obama, that wish came true and you no longer have to put up the ‘money’ once the game is over. I find it comical that Democrats (such as Nancy Pelosi) condemned President Bush’s spending, even calling him ‘a total failure,’ but immediately change tunes once President Obama is the one signing the checks. The Obama Administration has shattered spending records and runs circles around even the biggest Presidential spenders of the past, with dizzying effects. Not only does President Obama, and his administration, enjoy spending ridiculous amounts of money irresponsibly, he also believes that redistribution of wealth is beneficial…for everybody.
Which makes perfect sense. I mean I’ve always wanted to work hard getting my college education, find a good job and then give ridiculous amounts of my income to the government so that they can spend it wisely and ‘redistribute the/my wealth to better society.
Hmm…I have a better idea; how about I keep the majority of my income, pay a reasonable amount of taxes and let looking-for-a-handout-Bubba realize [on his own] that life just isn’t fair. You shouldn’t be rewarded for being lazy, you should be encouraged to change and be given the chance…the government already does that by giving grants to those who can’t afford a higher education on their own. More education= higher possibility of not being poverty-stricken.
In 2009, the Federal Government spent $3.52 trillion.
In Obama’s first 19 months the federal debt, which is held by the public, increased by $2.5260 trillion.
In his own words; “I think when you spread the wealth around it’s good for everybody.”–Barack Obama
2. President Obama blames the sidewalk when he trips and points to the past whenever challenged. The other day I walked into the living room at my parent’s house and found my little brother watching a show on the Disney channel and the show he was watching was in the middle of a dramatic moment.
A newer kid in a group of about 4, knocked over and broke a trophy while acting in an irresponsible manner, but as soon as an adult walked in, the guilty kid wrongfully placed the blame on another member of the group.
The show then played out in a typical, over-acted Disney channel type of way, but got the message across that blaming another is wrong and that one should accept responsibility for one’s own actions.
I find it sad, and a little scary, that the Disney channel displays a better moral fiber than our own President. President Obama has blamed anything from the Bush Administration, to the media, to ATM machines for the things that have gone wrong during his presidency.
Maybe our leader should spend a little less time appearing on Oprah and Ellen and a little more time watching the Disney channel, he just might learn something.
Obama blames the media.
Obama blames George Bush.
Obama blames ATM machines.
3. The President gives speeches with the same acclaim as an award-winning actor, but fails to differentiate between words from a script and words with a meaning.Anyone who has seen, or heard, one of Obama’s speeches would be a fool or simply biased if they said he wasn’t a good orator. The man is frighteningly good at speaking in public (see hypnosis article below), even if he constantly requires the assistance of his prompter, President Obama most likely got an “A” in Public Speaking whilst in college.
However, being a good public speaker has nothing to do with running a government, it merely means the people of that government will be able to understand you better, which usually translates to favoritism.Wait for it…However, however, being articulate and being favored by the general public does not have anything to do with running a government, nor does it aide in that government’s success…it simply looks good. This is a potentially dangerous characteristic Obama possesses, simply because we [Americans] have a bad habit of instantly believing what we hear/read and are easily swayed by savvy-speaking politicians.
To say Obama talks the talk but does not walk the walk would be a complete understatement, he talks about going in one direction, while simultaneously walking in another.
Lies, lies, lies.
8 clips of Obama promising televised healthcare negotiations.
Obama’s wacky use of hypnosis, or something like that.
4. President Obama’s idea of “change” can be likened to a downward-rolling snowball, increasing in size and filled with sharp rocks. When the average person thinks of the word “change,” the immediate connotation is that of something positive, changing something so that the outcome it produces is better than it was before the change. However, President Obama’s idea of change is anything but positive and is more radical than any President before him.
Obama’s radical agenda (economic stimulus package, health care reform…etc.) may seem as though they’re for the better and not as “radical” as some describe, but give it some time and when that snowball hits you, I promise it’s not going to feel good.
5. The Obama Administration acts as though its health-care plan is what will stop the ship from sinking, when in reality, it is only going to hasten the ship’s path toward the bottom of the ocean.Since I am in my early twenties, I hopefully have many years left to live, which most likely translates to more trips to the eye doctor, dentist, family practitioner and possibly unexpected hospital visits. Therefore, the Obama Administration’s attempt at a health-care reform scares me more than anything that Obama has cooked up.
There are so many issues with Obamacare that I would need to dedicate a whole week’s worth of posts to address them. However, I’m going to try to highlight a few major issues.
This isn’t some futuristic issue, the health care reform began last year when the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA) was signed and you’ll begin to see changes taking place over the next 6 years or so. Oh, and it’s not over yet; there’s much ‘reforming’ that the Obama Administration plans on achieving and most likely will achieve if Obama is successful and is reelected in 2012. I can only imagine.
If Obama is reelected, I highly recommend relocating to a country with an already established socialistic government (that way avoiding the transitional chaotic phase), where everyone has “great” healthcare and gets the same amount when they pass “Go.”
People that burst into a room proclaiming their political views, or which political party they identify with are more annoying than being trapped on a transatlantic flight, sitting next to a mother with a pair of upset twins. That means I don’t like flamboyant political activists and do not enjoy being one, but there comes a time when one should speak up about what’s right and what’s just plain ridiculous.
President Obama’s agenda is ridiculous, radical and it is completely shocking that more Americans refuse to acknowledge this.
America, please do not be duped again and elect Obama as your president for a second term; you will be d**ning this great country and, guess what…when it goes down, so do we.
Thank you for letting me be that annoying person at the party that dumps his political views on you…even if it was just for a short while.
