I wanted to call you "Squirrelly" in the online guest book, but decided not to. But you'll know it is me since I did sign it "Ele"

I also signed the online guestbook, RR, under my real name.....wasn't sure you would remember my real name or not, but I also put "forum" beside it. I thought it would sound odd to your family, if I signed mine "Pink".

I saw and thnk you both. Its been tough but I'll get by.
BTW I wrote the Obituary myself because my mom wanted everybody to know what she died from and that she fought so hard.

Dad seems to be doing much better than we expected which we're all happy about. I struggle driving to work because I'm alone for 45 minutes with it on my mind. Driving home doesn't seem to bother me because I talk with my brother who is also struggling with it. I'm sure we'll be fine in time but right now its tough. Mom's only brother is having a really tough time with it and has gone to Tennessee for a few days. My aunt that lives at mom's seems to be alright but she is having a few issues. Again thanks to all.

Squirrelly - I listen to alot of audio books in the car - might be a good way to help you with some time not thinking about it. (I like novels - currently listening to a good Jonathon Kellerman book.)
Obviously you will have to give yourself time to grieve - but having a diversion at times is good as well.

I don't have a means of listening to them. I have a FM/AM radio only in my van. I listened to the funeral service for mom yesterday and it was a beautiful service. Its 40:41 minutes long, starts with Ricky Skaggs "Return To Sender" followed by my wife speaking, then the pastor and ends with "Will the Circle Be Unbroken" by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

sounds like a wonderful service squirrly, But I don't think you should listen to that too often, it is great to have for later when you have grieved and got your feet under you again but, let your self go through the grieving stages and when you go through them then you probably can better handle and appreciate all the more your mom's service. you're in my prayers
