Well I could do that one day. If I ever get the boat done we can fish. I hope my rifle comes next week so I can get it sighted in for deer season. I bought a bipod and a box of Hornady SST .308 Win 150 gr today.

I went to the shooting range today. It must time for the police to be sniper certified again because they were several that stopped by the range. They all had very nice rifles.
I shot my 30.06 and my .17HMR just to make sure they were still good to go.

Well we did hunt but didn't kill anything. The strap was broke on the ladder stand so I had to hunt in a different one. I did see two doe around 6:30 but I forgot my doe tags.

I got my grandpa to bush-hog a trail out to your stand and some on that hill. He didn't have time to do much, but it's better than it was.
Do you have one of those saws on a poll that you can reach out and cut limbs that you can't reach?

Do you need to use the pole-saw? I fixed the stand this morning and looked at the bushhogged area. He fixed the hill we hunt on but the other is still high. I think from the stand I can still see though. I found several butts at the base of the stand on the dry leaf litter that worries me. If they were still hot when they hit the ground it could start a fire.

No, I don't need the saw, yet anyway. But if you wanted to trim some limbs around that other stand if you plan on hunting any on this side, go ahead. I'll probably put a stand over there on the first pipeline soon.
