I do have to agree with you on our economy and the writing is already on the wall. I don't give us ten more years with the folks in Washington spending like drunk sailors.
Do you listen to Sean Hannity? He has his own project going on now until Nov. elections whereby some truths about the sitting president will be brought forth. I've heard some of it already. It appears to be excerpts from some of the speeches that were made by Obama and some of the promises he made to the American people that have not been even remotely fulfilled. In short, lies. Of course, anyone with an interest in the state of our country would have put on a gag bag and listened to him the first time. You might say, what has any of this to do with who to vote for this time. To me it's like voting for the least crooked because i don't think for a minute that any of them are patriotic enough to do the job for the people. We've got little with any of these candidates to defeat Obama. Our glorious tea party needs to get to work. Time is slipping up on us.
I understand what you are saying about Santorum too. Remember how everyone rallied around Edwards? What a joke and an opportunist he turned out to be. Whenever any of these guys tout religion and family ideals, I see red flags going up all around. Tell myself to watch these folks. It's sick what some of them will do to gain position and even try to use God to do it.
I'm still trying to glean something out of anyone of them to be ready for nov.. Wish Christie would have run. It's went downhill for me since he made the announcement that he wouldn't run.

I actually kinda like Christie, despite his lobbying background and a few other things he has supposedly done. I like his personality though, whereas something about Santorum clashes with me. I may have voted for him if he had run.

I'm sure I would have voted for Christie. None of our current candidates seem to measure up as good to me as christie. Heck, I may write in Sheriff Wright if I don't see any clearer about any of these guys by Nov.

Wah-ha-ha! Things didn't turn out for Romney in michigan like he had hoped. That's not gonna be his last surprise either. I just hope we get the right one to rally around in going up against Obama.

Romney now has over 3 times as many delegates as anyone else... Unless something serious happens, it is very likely he will be the nominee. "Conservative" voters sure are hypocrites. They raise hell about Obamacare, then vote for someone who did the same thing. They raise hell that Obama gunna take their guns! Then they vote for someone who banned guns in his state. They raise hell about abortion. Then they vote for someone who was for it before he was against it (which means he is only against it for political reasons, not moral). What a joke!

Well you have it right, Jack. We can only imagine what will happen when Romney goes up against Obama. One phrase comes to my mind, A vote for Romney = a vote for Obama. Sad ain't the word for it. I will not vote Democratic Liberal, so I guess that means that I won't vote for Romney either.

I WILL vote for the Republican nominee. A failure to is clearly a vote for Obama. While Romney is not my top choice he is worlds better than Obama. I personally feel that deciding not to vote because he is far from your perfect candidate is putting the country in jeopardy.
Would you not provide for your family because you cannot do all you think you should do so you just don't? Would you not lock your door because you think only a lock and an alarm will work? Would you not fight off an intruder because you don't have the right weapon?
"Not as good as we would like" is far better than "about as bad as it gets".
In my humble opinion.

So what is the real different between Obama and Romney? Note that I am not talking about Romney's talk, for a person can say anything. I'm talking about his record, as compared to the record of Obama. I've studied both, and can not see any considerable difference.

I can't see a difference in them either, including the tendency to tell lies and flip-flop on the issues. A vote for Romney would be a vote for Obama.
I'll ask a question here because I really don't know so here goes. Would it be possible for anyone or any organization that was democratic liberal minded or based to make contributions towards the campaigns of opposing parties in order to help assure the appointment of the one they want to run against their president? It kind of supports my statement that a vote for Romney............

Romney looks to be the inevitable nominee, with over twice as many delegates as second place Santorum. Romney has about half the delegates he needs to secure the nomination.
I will vote, perhaps I will write in Ron Paul, or perhaps I'll grit my teeth and vote for Romney. I guess it will depend on my mood on election day.
