The countdown to the election has begun, and I must confess, I'm so sickened by the nominees that I'm not even keeping up with the news this time. I do know (from reading Drudge Report) that the polls have Obama slightly ahead for the most part. It's almost like having to either choose between Rapist A or Rapist B, Rapist B being the better looking of the two... Apparently the women don't think so, Jackfrost. All I hear is that Obama has the women's votes....not this woman though. Neither one was my choice in the beginning.....but I can't stand another term seeing Obama's face on the TV and hearing his rhetoric and lies and boasting about himself. He's been absent from the White House most of the time, but you could see him anytime you turned on the TV in photo shoots.

Pinky, a woman having eyes for Obama doesn't think much of herself and sure doesn't expect much. What a liar he is!
The thing is, any on the left voting for this crook will be in the boat with us when the bad stuff really starts happening! I'm not gonna know any of them when that time comes. I gotta' feeling it'll be every man for himself before long anyway.
You are doing a great job supporting the right.

Obama is an intellectual moron. He's a socialist, absolutely, 100%.
Romney is... a hypocrite, a liar, a semi-fascist, and sometimes socialist.
The poll I saw tonight shows that among women, 56% support Obama. I honestly didn't know there were that many pro-abortion, or pro-"FREE"- birth control women in America. Is it something else, his looks or something else that I can't understand? Is it the "free" cell phones? I surely don't think women are stupid, so what the hell is wrong with these people???
Anyway... So the new video showing how racist Obama really is came out tonight. Did anyone watch it?

Yes, Romney stomped Obama in the first debate. But to see a little of the real Romney, how about this snippet from the debate:
Romney: "I’m not looking to cut massive taxes and reduce revenues going to government."
How about that, a Republican candidate who says they don't want to cut taxes and reduce revenue (and therefore the size) of the government. Nice...

Just wondering about something: would Jesus vote for the lesser of two evils? (Or, on another note, would Jesus vote for an anti-Christian Mormon cultist?)

Would Jesus call someone an "anti-Christian Mormon cultist" who claims that Jesus is his Lord & Savior and whose behavior has been shown to be as (or more) "Christ Like" as most other professed Christians?

Absolutely, in fact, He did. In the Bible. Mormons are most certainly not "Christ-like." They in fact deny His deity. They deny that Jesus is the eternal Son of God. They claim that Jesus and Satan are siblings. They claim that they (the Mormons) will be gods of their own planets some day. They believe their job in eternity will be to populate the planets. They teach that God was once a man on another planet, before he became God. Where the Book of Mormon contradicts the Bible (in VASTLY MANY places), they believe the Book of Mormon OVER the Bible (directly against what the Bible itself claims to be). Joseph Smith taught his followers to doubt the Bible: "...it was apparent that many important points touching the salvation of men, had been taken from the Bible, or lost before it was compiled." (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 10) Jesus Christ NEVER endorsed polygamy, but Joseph Smith did. Mormons deny plain Bible doctrine on the Trinity, and deny the literal existence of Hell. They believe in polytheism (many gods), and baptism for the dead! They teach that black people came from less than valiant fighters from when Lucifer rebelled (they were cursed). Mormons deny Christ's virgin birth, which the Old Testament prophesied and the New Testament shows fulfilled. Mormons believe that all other churches are false. Mormons teach "salvation" by works, but my Bible proclaims that Salvation is a gift, and not of works! They teach that there is a "mother god." They teach that not God, but Joseph Smith sits in Judgement in Heaven! They teach that God is married to a goddess and has spirit children. They teach there are three levels of Heaven. They teach that the Sun and Moon are inhabited. They teach that if there had been no Joseph Smith, there would have been no salvation!!! How much more anti-Christ can it get?? Smith himself said, "I have more to boast of than any man ever had. I am the only man that has ever been able to keep a whole church together since the days of Adam. A large majority of the whole have stood by me. Neither Paul, John, Peter nor Jesus ever did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I." He was "Christ-like?" You would have to be out of your mind to believe that! Not a single one of God's prophets ever boasted of himself like that!
ALL THEIR TEACHINGS ARE IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH GOD'S WORD! (And that fact alone is enough to label them anti-Christ!) It's all blasphemy!
My Bible says:
"Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time." (1 John 2:18)
"Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son." (1 John 2:22)
"Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world." (1 John 4:2-3)
"For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." (2 John 1:7)
"ut there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." (Galatians 1:1-8)
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth ANOTHER JESUS, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive ANOTHER SPIRIT, which ye have not received, or ANOTHER GOSPEL, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” (2 Corinthians 11: 3-4) [Emphasis mine...]
"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." (Mat. 7:15)
"To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." (Isa. 8:20)

A 2012 Breakdown:
Obama only lost two states that he had won in 2008, North Carolina, and Indiana. In the popular vote, he won by about 3 million votes nationwide.
Obama got 71% of the Hispanic vote, compared to Romney's 21%. Obama got 93% of the black vote, compared to Romney's 6%. Romney got 59% of the white vote, compared to Obama's 39%. Obama got 60% of voters whose annual income is below $50,000, compared to Romney's 38%. Romney got 53% of voters whose annual income is above $50,000, compared to Obama's 45%. Obama got 55% of the female vote, compared to Romney's 44%. Romney got 52% of the male vote, compared to Obama's 45%. Obama got 60% of voters aged 18-29, compared to Romney's 37%. Obama and Romney split the voters aged 30-64, 49% to 49%. Romney got 56% of the voters aged 65 and older, compared to Obama's 44%.
I believe that for the most part, Lindsay Graham was right when he said this was a loss due to demographics. The fact is, unless the Republican Party can find a way to appeal to more minorities (particularly Hispanics), then I believe they will never win another Presidential race barring some very major scandal. The population increase among Hispanics will make it more and more difficult for them to win over the next few decades. If the GOP can't bring them in, they are finished. Period.

By the way, as to my last post saying that the GOP has to find a way to appeal to Latinos, I'm not necessarily endorsing amnesty for illegal immigrants... Reagan did that, and then had some of the lowest percentages of the Hispanic vote in history afterwards. I'm really not sure how they can do it.

Would Jesus call someone an "anti-Christian Mormon cultist" who claims that Jesus is his Lord & Savior and whose behavior has been shown to be as (or more) "Christ Like" as most other professed Christians? Think Ele is right on this one. Romney had a vision for us and he is an idealist. i favored what he was trying to project. I also heard him witness to his relationship to the God I trust. Not only that admission but his willingness to be an absolute player in favor of the human side of us. He could never be totally perfect because people would not let him be thus so but I believe he put his best foot foward with the people. I also heard him state what his beliefs were on raising taxes, not only that but what his intentions were for taxation of everyone. He was under the heaviest of scrutiny for the very least of matters to be an issue yet Obama got a pass on every percieved wrong of him and his cohorts and has from the start. No one can be as perfect as Obama and supporters claim he is. I've always believed "where's there's smoke, there's fire". Much is happening amongst the ranks of his cabinet, breaches, coverups and resignations. Think this is all coincidence? I don't.
